2007年我库开展了偏高水分玉米的储藏试验,入库时平均水分15.8%,7月,粮堆上层出现不同程度的窝状发热现象,由于7、8月阿拉善地区气温较高,先采用单管风机对发热部位进行降温处理,但收效甚微。8月上旬,试验货位中层粮食开始发热,粮温出现不正常上升,部分点粮温超过27.0℃,且粮堆表层有轻微的结顶,为了节省人力、物力,确保储粮安全,采用离心风机通风降温,从而快速、有效地控制了发热粮食粮温的上升。
In 2007, we carried out the storage test of high moisture corn with an average moisture content of 15.8% when entering the storehouse. In July, there were different degrees of nest fever in the upper layers of the grain pile. Due to the higher temperature in the Alashan region in July and August, Single-tube fan on the cooling site for cooling treatment, but with little success. In early August, mid-level foodstuffs began to experience fever and grain temperature appeared abnormally rising. Part of the grain temperature exceeded 27.0 ℃ and the surface of the grain pile had a slight knot.
