本文比较了胆碱酯酶抑制剂毒扁豆碱及同类物和石杉碱—甲的促智效果和毒副作用，毒扁豆碱０．０４～０．２ｍｇ／ｋｇ，ＤＰＤＣ２～１０ｍｇ／ｋｇ，石杉碱—甲０．０１～０．０４ｍｇ／ｋｇ促进记忆的获得、保持和再现过程，比较研究结果提示，在胆碱酯酶抑制剂中寻找促智效果好，毒副作用少的药物是可能的。
This article compared the cholinesterase inhibitors physostigmine and its like and huperzine - A, promoting intellectual effects and side effects, physostigmine 0.04 ~ 0.2mg / kg, DPDC2 ~ 10mg / kg, Base - A 0.01 ~ 0.04mg / kg promote the acquisition, preservation and reproduction of memory process, the results of the comparative study suggest that cholinesterase inhibitors to find a good effect of promoting intelligence, drug side effects of drugs is possible.
