极谱法测定微量铜已有一些报导,但铜-钛铁试剂络合物的极谱催化波至今尚未见到。本文发现,在乙二胺介质中,铜-钛铁试剂络合物产生一灵敏的极谱催化波。硝酸铵有增大催化电流的作用。经过实验,提出了铜的极谱催化波新体系:钛铁试剂-乙二胺-硝酸铵。用此体系,铜的测定下限为0.0025μg/ml,催化电流与铜浓度在0.0025—0.2μg/ml之间呈线性关系。可应用于矿石中0.0X—0.0001%铜的测定。
Polarographic determination of trace copper has been reported, but the polarographic catalysis of copper-ferrotitanium complex has not yet been observed. In this paper, we found that a sensitive polarographic catalysis wave is generated in the EDTA - Fe (Ⅱ) complex. Ammonium nitrate has the effect of increasing the catalytic current. After experiments, a new polarographic catalytic wave system of copper was proposed: titanium iron reagent - ethylenediamine - ammonium nitrate. With this system, the lower limit of determination of copper is 0.0025μg / ml, and the linear relationship between the catalytic current and copper concentration is 0.0025-0.2μg / ml. It can be applied to the determination of 0.0X-0.0001% copper in ore.
