中国移动的“集团彩铃”业务能够根据所需单位的实际情况进行定制,用于播放一些表现企业特色的信息,宣传企业文化,提升企业形象“。集团彩铃”这一项目主要采用团队管理制,以团队的形式进行项目推广。本文将绩效评价理论应用于中国移动“集团彩铃”项目团队绩效评价中,分析了中国移动“集团彩铃”项目目前在团队绩效评价方面存在的问题,利用绩效评价的相关理论,对“集团彩铃”项目的团队绩效进行了优化和重新设计。
