“滚滚长江东逝水,浪花淘尽英雄,”这是《三国演义》开篇的两句诗。罗贯中用“滚滚”二字头形容长江东去的气势。在一般人们的心目中,长江东流归大海,似乎觉得亘古以来就是如此。其实非也!地质学家和古河流学家告诉我们,古老的长江曾经历了近2亿年的西流和内流发展史。我们现在所看到的滔滔东流长江,仅仅是其近200万年以来的事。两者相比,后者简直可以说只是“一瞬间”的事了。这都是因为我国地势和地形变化使然。大自然的变化真是奇妙无穷!
“East Yangtze River rolling billow, spray Amoy hero,” This is the “Romance of the Three Kingdoms,” the opening of two poems. Luo Guanzhong used the word “billow” to describe the momentum of the east of the Yangtze River. In the minds of most people, the Yangtze River flows eastward to the sea, as if it seems everlasting. In fact, geologists and ancient river hydrologists tell us that the ancient Yangtze River has experienced nearly 200 million years of development of the West and Inner Flows. The surging Yangtze River we see now is only a matter of nearly two million years. Compared to the latter, the latter can be said to be just a “moment”. This is all because of the change of topography and topography in our country. The change of nature is wonderful!
