水泥、沙子、砾石混合物(混凝土)与低质混凝土所具有的性质不同。日本京都大学Kazuki等对低质建筑材料的冻融性进行了研究。试验材料由骨料、水泥混合而成,且具有不同的强度。试验的目的是验证低质混凝土的强度及其抗冻性。冻融试验方法分为水下冻融试验A及大气冻融试验B。试验测定了基频振动频率和质量,并计算了相对动弹性模量、质量损失率及耐久性系数(Df)。试验A中,抗压强度增大,Df只略有增加;试验B中,抗压强度增大,抗冻性显著增强。试验结果表明:只要配比相同,试验B的抗冻性约比试验A高10倍。相信此试验研究对我国低质建筑材料的使用有一定的借鉴作用。
Cement, sand, gravel mixtures (concrete) and low-quality concrete have different properties. Kazuki, Kyoto University, Japan, studied the freeze-thaw properties of low-quality building materials. The test material is made of aggregate and cement mixed with different strength. The purpose of the test is to verify the strength and frost resistance of low quality concrete. Freeze-thaw test methods are divided into underwater freeze-thaw test A and atmospheric freeze-thaw test B. The fundamental frequency vibration frequency and mass were measured and the relative dynamic elastic modulus, mass loss rate and durability coefficient (Df) were calculated. In Experiment A, the compressive strength increased and Df increased only slightly. In Experiment B, the compressive strength increased and the frost resistance increased significantly. Test results show that: As long as the same ratio, the freezing resistance of Test B is about 10 times higher than Test A. I believe this experimental study on the use of low-quality building materials in our country have a certain reference.
