对摩擦焊接过程中焊合区金属发生动态再结晶的过程与条件进行了实验分析。分析表明,焊合区金属动态再结晶与前峰值扭矩在时间上相互对应,初始动态再结晶是形成前峰值扭矩的根本原因。在此基础上,导出了GH2132合金摩擦焊接过程中焊合区金属开始发生动态再结晶时对应的热变形参数之间的关系。
The process and conditions of dynamic recrystallization of the metal in the welding zone during friction welding are analyzed experimentally. The analysis shows that the dynamic recrystallization and the front peak torque of the welding zone correspond to each other in time, and the initial dynamic recrystallization is the fundamental reason for the formation of pre-peak torque. On this basis, the relationship between the corresponding hot deformation parameters of dynamic recrystallization of the weld metal in the weld zone of GH2132 alloy was deduced.
