发展数字出版是新闻出版行业的战略重点，也是新闻出版产业实现突破的方向。河北省出版界充分抓住目前转企改革的机会，充分应用数字技术，加快从主要依赖传统纸介质出版物向多种介质出版产品共存的现代出版产业转变。电子图书的产业化是出版界目前需要探索和亟待解决的课题，也是未来出版产业可持续发展的要点所在。
