At the end of last year, I was invited to attend the International Academic Conference on Contemporary Neo-Confucianism. During the academic exchanges with scholars and experts from all over the world, I proposed the initiative of establishing “Head Economics” and received wide responses and attentions from participants. The UN Secretariat classified the world economy into two types of macroeconomic management such as “planned economy” and “free market economy”, “planned economy” and France, Japan and Germany Type) as an example, “market economy ” in the United Kingdom, the United States as an example.
