目的:了解北京市基层医疗卫生服务的基本现状,尤其是大医院对口支援社区卫生服务中心(以下简称社区中心)的方式及成效。方法:选择北京大学三所综合医院(第一医院、人民医院、第三医院)及其对口支援的17个社区中心(不包括功能社区和高校校医院)中有代表性的5个社区进行实地考察调研。结果:社区中心诊疗设备及科室齐全,能完成常规的检查治疗,同时在多个方面得到了大医院的对口支援。结论:居民患一般常见病、多发病完全可以在社区中心得到及时诊治。大医院对口支援社区极大地促进了社区中心的健康发展,但工作模式和具体方法有待进一步改进。
Objectives: To understand the basic status quo of primary health care services in Beijing, especially the ways and effects of large-scale hospital counterpart support community health service centers (hereinafter referred to as community centers). Methods: Five representative communities of three general hospitals (First Hospital, People’s Hospital, Third Hospital) of Peking University and 17 community centers (excluding functional communities and university hospitals) supported by the counterpart were selected for field study Investigation and research. Results: The community center facilities and departments of diagnosis and treatment are complete, can complete the routine examination and treatment, and in various aspects have received the large hospital counterparts support. Conclusion: Residents suffering from common diseases, frequently-occurring disease can get timely diagnosis and treatment in the community center. The large-scale hospital counterpart support community has greatly promoted the healthy development of community centers, but the working model and specific methods need to be further improved.
