《绝壁风姿》(见本期插页彩图),乍看起来,不失为成功之作。该作品沿用传统悬岩式造型,就榆桩本身而言,诚属难得。它古拙劲健,清旷高远,大有群峰绵延一壁如削之势。但笔者细审之余,总觉得人工味太浓,缺少大自然的野味和真趣。“悬岩式”是我国盆景艺术家们受悬崖峭壁上倒挂的古木神采丰姿启迪独创的一种流传极广的固定模式。仅就《中国盆景——佳作赏析与技艺》画册中,即刊有各种植物品种、各具特色的悬岩式盆景图片14幅。其中有一
