目的 :研究引起角膜内皮细胞化学性损伤的因素 ,探讨不同化学物质对角膜内皮细胞的影响及预防措施。方法 :将不同的化学物质用前房内注射、前房内灌注和玻璃体内注射等 3种方法 ,制成兔角膜内皮细胞化学性损伤动物模型 ,用药后 1 5d ,对兔角膜行裂隙灯检查 ,观察角膜内皮细胞形态和数量及超微结构 ,分析不同化学物质对角膜内皮细胞的影响。结果 :高浓度庆大霉素 (2 5mg/ 0 .2ml)及未经冲洗含有戊二醛的注吸头前房内注射的生理盐水 ,对角膜内皮细胞造成重度损伤 ;Healon,麦斯特 ,生理盐水及Bssplus前房内注射 ,不会损伤角膜内皮细胞 ;硅油 ,重水 ,过氧化烷玻璃体内注射对角膜内皮细胞无影响。结论 :1 角膜内皮细胞的化学性损伤 ,与眼内注入化学性物质的浓度和时间密切相关 ;2 Bssplus、Healon和生理盐水的短时间灌注对角膜内皮细胞没有损伤 ;3 统一用药和器械消毒的标准 ,以预防内皮细胞化学性损伤的发生
Objective: To study the factors that cause chemical damage of corneal endothelial cells and to investigate the effects of different chemical substances on corneal endothelial cells and preventive measures. Methods: Three kinds of chemical substances were injected into the anterior chamber, intracameral instillation and intravitreal injection to make rabbit corneal endothelial cell chemical injury animal model. Fifteen days after administration, the rabbit corneal slit lamp was inspected , Observe the morphology and number of corneal endothelial cells and ultrastructure, analysis of different chemical substances on corneal endothelial cells. RESULTS: High concentration of gentamycin (25mg / 0.2ml) and saline without injection of glutaraldehyde-injected injection in the anterior chamber caused severe damage to corneal endothelial cells. Healon, Meisite, Saline and Bssplus anterior chamber injection, will not damage corneal endothelial cells; silicone oil, heavy water, perylene oxide intravitreal injection of corneal endothelial cells had no effect. Conclusion: 1 The chemical damage of corneal endothelial cells is closely related to the concentration and time of intraocular injection of chemical substances.2 Short-term infusions of Bssplus, Healon and saline have no damage on corneal endothelial cells.3Universal and instrumental disinfection Standard, to prevent the occurrence of chemical damage endothelial cells
