Nrf2是细胞抗氧化反应的中枢调节者,通过与Keap1、ARE等相互作用启动抗氧化基因及Ⅱ相解毒酶的基因转录,调节许多细胞保护蛋白质的表达,保护细胞免受氧化应激损伤。氧化应激是力学相关性疾病引起细胞损伤的重要机制,Nrf2抗氧化机制在力学相关性疾病中的作用日益受到重视。本文在Nrf2的结构、调控机制及其在机械力学中的作用机制进行综述,探讨其在力学相关性疾病的预防和治疗中的作用。
Nrf2 is the central regulators of cellular antioxidant responses. By interacting with Keap1, ARE and other genes, transcription of antioxidant genes and phase Ⅱ detoxification enzymes can regulate the expression of many cytoprotective proteins and protect cells from oxidative stress. Oxidative stress is an important mechanism of cell injury caused by mechano-related diseases. The role of Nrf2 antioxidant mechanism in mechano-related diseases is gaining more and more attention. This article reviews the structure, regulatory mechanism and mechanism of Nrf2 in mechanics, and explores the role of Nrf2 in the prevention and treatment of mechano-related diseases.
