通过小鼠常压耐缺氧实验、小鼠游泳实验探讨了参七含片改善脑供氧作用机理,并对其急性毒性和长期毒性进行了初步考察。结果表明参七含片改善脑供氧作用机理是通过提高动物心脑等重要器官对缺氧的耐受力及对动物的机体有显著的抗疲劳作用实现的。其用药安全性很高。
Through mouse normal pressure hypoxia and mouse swimming experiments, the mechanism of Shenqi tablets in improving cerebral oxygen supply was discussed, and the acute toxicity and long-term toxicity were investigated. The results showed that the mechanism of improving oxygen supply to the brain by the Shenqi lozenge was achieved by improving the tolerance to hypoxia in important organs such as the heart and brain of animals and the significant anti-fatigue effect on the body of animals. Its drug safety is very high.
