在3种土壤干旱胁迫条件下,应用 P-V 技术测定了2个李树品种多项水分参数的变化。结果表明:随着水分胁迫的加强,2个品种的Ψ_π~(100)、Ψ_π~0、RWC~0、ROWC°和 b 值,均表现为下降趋势;a 值表现为提高趋势;ε~max 变化较小。从正常供水到中度水分胁迫,各项水分参数的变化幅度较大,而中度水分胁迫进一步到严重水分胁迫时则变化较小。受到干旱锻炼后2个品种的渗透调节能力一致。
Under three kinds of soil drought stress, the changes of some water parameters of two plum varieties were determined by P-V technique. The results showed that the Ψ_π ~ (100), Ψ_π ~ 0, RWC ~ 0, ROWC ° and b values of the two cultivars showed a decreasing trend with increasing water stress; Change is small.
