一、《中国岗位培训制度研究》课题的主要研究对象和内容 (一)《中国岗位培训制度研究》课题的主要研究对象和最终成果我们认为当前岗位培训的深入开展,需要从两个领域去深入研究。第一个是教学领域,比如,怎样提高干部工作能力、工人生产技能,怎样编写教材等等;第二个是培训制度方面,经过大面积的试点,现在迫切需要从方方面面建立一些制度,更好地推动岗位培训的发展。我们这个课题就是要研究应该如何建立中国岗位培训制度。研究对象是中国岗位培训制度,最终成果是为我国建立和推行岗位培训制度提供理论依据和实施方案。理论依据主要通过总报告和分课题报告来体现。实施方案一种形式是制定出暂行规定或者条例;另一种形式是在总报告后面附上分项制度的建议
