在黑龙江省图书馆开馆三十周年之际,我作为曾在省图工作过十四年的老同志,抚今追昔,心里感慨颇多。我衷心地为它所取得的巨大成就而高兴,热烈庆祝省图开馆三十周年！三十年来,省图书馆的发展经过了一段不平凡的坎坷历程,能有今天欣欣向荣的局面,确是来之不易。这是全馆广大忠诚于图书馆事业的同志共同艰苦奋斗换来的,是党的路线、方针、政策正确指引,以及各级领导,省内外兄弟单位和广大读者的大力支持与合作的结果。
On the occasion of the thirtieth anniversary of the opening of the Heilongjiang Provincial Library, as an old comrade who had worked in the provincial government for fourteen years, I felt a lot of emotion in my heart. I sincerely delight for the tremendous achievements it has made and warmly celebrate the thirtieth anniversary of the opening of the provincial plan. Over the past three decades, the development of the provincial library has undergone an extraordinary ups and downs and is booming today. This is the result of the hardworking and common struggle of all our comrades loyal to the cause of the library in exchange for the correct guidance of the party’s line, principles and policies as well as the strong support and cooperation from leaders at all levels, brother units inside and outside the province and vast readers.
