卫生部、国家医药管理局、国家中医药管理局、总后卫生部今年8月就坚决纠正医药购销活动中的不法行为,发出了联合通知.上海市卫生局、市医药管理局为贯彻落实通知精神,维护正常的药品流通秩序,日前结合上海的实际情况,联合提出实施意见,主要如下: 一、各医药生产经营企业和医疗卫生单位,应学习《关于坚决纠正医药购销活动中不法行为的通知》,统一认识、联系实际,提出切实措施纠正药品购销活动中的不法行为。 二、各医药生产经营企业必须通过正常渠道与医疗卫生单位进行购销活动.医疗卫生单位应加强对药品采购的
