目的了解不同性别大学生营养状况、营养知识、态度、行为(KAP),为有针对性的制订科学的营养干预政策提供依据。方法采取整群随机抽样法对1 136名在校学生进行营养KAP问卷调查。使用体质质量指数(BMI,body mass index)评价学生的营养状况。结果学生营养不良率占15.3%,超重和肥胖占3.5%。男、女生营养不良率分别为8.1%和21.3%;超重、肥胖率分别占6.3%和1.2%。男、女生营养状况差异有统计学意义,女生营养知识、营养态度、营养行为及格率高于男生,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。结论大学生体质健康现状不容乐观,应开展营养健康知识教育,调整学生的膳食结构。
Objective To understand the nutritional status, nutrition knowledge, attitude and behavior (KAP) of different gender college students and provide the basis for the formulation of a scientific nutrition intervention policy. Methods A total of 1 136 students were enrolled in the study. The use of body mass index (BMI, body mass index) to assess the nutritional status of students. Results The malnutrition rate of students accounted for 15.3%, overweight and obesity accounted for 3.5%. Male and female malnutrition rates were 8.1% and 21.3% respectively; overweight and obesity rates accounted for 6.3% and 1.2% respectively. The nutritional status of males and females was significantly different, the nutrition knowledge, nutrition attitude, nutritional behavior and passing rate of girls were higher than boys, the difference was statistically significant (P = 0.000). Conclusion The status quo of college students ’physique and health is not optimistic. Nutrition and health knowledge education should be carried out to adjust students’ dietary structure.
