版权是知识产权的核心组成部分之一。广播产业是重要的版权产业,广播产业发展的核心竞争力是版权。在当前广播发展遭遇瓶颈的情况下,加强知识产权工作是有效提升广播产业发展核心竞争力的重要措施。当前国际国内大背景下的知识产权环境给广播产业发展带来机遇,也带来挑战。广播业界应给予充分正视,采取有效对策,抓住机遇,应对挑战。本文针对广播产业发展中涉及的主要知识产权,如节目著作权、广播电台权利义务、商号权、商标权、信息网络传播权等进行分析,并就下一步如何在现有知识产权框架下提升广播产业发展竞争力提出了对策和建议。
