十年如一日,韩冷每天面对电脑、戴上耳麦、拿起话筒,不停地为客户解释业务,和形形色色的人打交道,用最美的声音为对方答疑解惑。2004年,23岁的韩冷走上哈尔滨市联通分公司客服热线的工作岗位,当了一名男客服代表。从此,他把青春、热情和智慧献给了钟爱的事业。10年里,他勤奋刻苦、爱岗敬业,在众多的客服代表中脱颖而出,成为一名值班经理和专家席负责人。他用行动诠释了“客户至上”的服务理念,赢得了各方普遍赞誉。
Ten years, Han cold face the computer every day, put on the headset, pick up the microphone, constantly explaining business to customers, and all kinds of people dealing with the most beautiful voice for each other. In 2004, 23-year-old Han Han walked to Harbin Branch Unicom customer service hotline jobs, became a male customer service representative. Since then, he dedicated his youth, passion and wisdom to his favorite career.
