网络时代,高校校园新闻网已成为高等学校对内发布信息,对外宣传学校不可或缺的窗口和阵地。这对高校新闻工作建设提出了更高的挑战,既要高质量体现新闻的特性和原则,还要克服高校新闻工作专职人员少的现实,因此如何通过建立通讯员队伍,打开工作新局面成为网络新闻工作者面临的问题。本文联系本校新闻网工作实际,提出了新闻网通讯员队伍建设的几点措施。
