目的探讨医护同步全程服务责任制管理模式对护士核心能力的影响。方法选取本院6个科室共101名护理人员进行医护同步全程服务责任制管理模式培训并在6个科室实施该模式,调查培训和实施该模式前后101名护理人员的核心能力并进行比较。结果医护同步模式培训及实施后护士核心能力各维度评分显著高于培训前,培训前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论医护同步全程服务责任制管理模式能有效提高护士核心能力。
Objective To explore the impact of health care synchronization service responsibility system on nurses’ core competence. Methods A total of 101 nurses in 6 departments of our hospital were selected to carry out training on the management mode of health service synchronization service and implemented in 6 departments. The core competence of 101 nurses before and after the training and implementation were investigated and compared. Results The score of each dimension of nurses’ core competence after training and implementation of the synchronous mode of health care was significantly higher than that before training, and the difference was statistically significant before and after training (P <0.01). Conclusion The medical service synchronization service responsibility management model can effectively improve the core competence of nurses.
