建立了两种新的测定生物样品中甲基汞和无机汞的中子活化法。一种方法是利用氰化甲基汞的挥发性,使氰化甲基汞结合在半胱氨酸纸上,再利用中子活化法进行测量。另一种方法是用盐酸萃取甲基汞,固相中的无机汞用中子活化法进行测定。用上述两种方法测定了多种国内外生物标准参考物,测定值与鉴定值及参考实验室的测定结果相符。
Two new neutron activation methods for the determination of methylmercury and inorganic mercury in biological samples have been established. One approach is to utilize the volatility of methylmercury cyanide to allow methylmercury methylmercaptonate to bind to cysteine paper and measure by neutron activation. Another method is the extraction of methylmercury with hydrochloric acid, and the determination of inorganic mercury in the solid phase by neutron activation. A variety of domestic and foreign biological standard reference materials were determined by the above two methods. The measured values were in accordance with the identification values and the reference laboratory’s determination results.
