目的:建立舒胸速释微丸的HPLC指纹图谱分析方法,研究三七、红花、川芎饮片与舒胸速释微丸指纹图谱的相关性。方法:采用KromasilC18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),以乙腈(A)和0.05%的磷酸水溶液(B)为流动相,梯度洗脱;柱温:30℃;流速:1.0mL/min;检测波长:203nm。结果:舒胸速释微丸标出16个共有峰,指认了其中的5个峰,分别为羟基红花黄色素A(2号峰)、阿魏酸(7峰)、三七皂苷R(112峰)、人参皂苷Rg(113峰)和人参皂苷Rb(115峰)。结论:建立的舒胸速释微丸的HPLC指纹图谱重复性好,专属性强,可用于舒胸速释微丸的质量评价,为舒胸速释微丸的质量控制提供完善的科学依据。
OBJECTIVE: To establish an HPLC fingerprinting method for rapid determination of Shu chest sustained-release pellets and to study the correlation between the fingerprint of Shu-xi and Radix Angelicae Sinensis. METHODS: Kromasil C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used as the mobile phase with acetonitrile (A) and 0.05% phosphoric acid (B) as mobile phase. The column temperature was 30 ℃ and the flow rate was 1.0 mL / Wavelength: 203nm. RESULTS: Shu chest sustained release pellets showed 16 common peaks, of which 5 peaks were identified, which were hydroxysafflor yellow A (peak 2), ferulic acid (peak 7), notoginsenoside R ( 112 peak), ginsenoside Rg (peak 113) and ginsenoside Rb (peak 115). Conclusion: The established rapid-release microspheres rapid-release microspheres HPLC fingerprint good repeatability, specificity, can be used for the quality evaluation of immediate-release sustained-release pellets, provide a sound scientific basis for the quality control of immediate-release sustained-release pellets.
