推导了斜齿轮传动的接触线长度精确计算公式,分析研究了接触线长度的变化规律及啮合过程的动态统计规律,得到了动态统计规律下的接触线平均长度变化曲线图并进行了仿真,给出了端面重合度及纵向重合度的最佳组合及最差组合条件。基于MATLAB的编程算法,实现了对变位斜齿轮传动的接触线长度的计算和参数化调整,所得结论对斜齿轮的传动设计具有一定的理论意义和实用价值。
The calculation formula of the contact line length of the helical gear drive was deduced. The variation law of contact line length and the dynamic statistic law of the meshing process were analyzed. The curves of the contact line average length under the dynamic statistic law were obtained and simulated. The best combination and the worst combination of the degree of face overlap and vertical overlap were obtained. The programming algorithm based on MATLAB realizes the calculation and parameter adjustment of the contact line length of the variable helical gear drive. The conclusion has certain theoretical significance and practical value for the helical gear drive design.
