目的研究胃癌(gastric carcinoma)和胃癌前病变(precancerous gastric lesion)组织中生存素(Survivin)、细胞周期素(Cyclin D1)和P16蛋白的表达及相关性。方法采用免疫组织化学二步法检测Survivin、Cyclin D1、P16蛋白在112例研究对象中的表达情况,应用SPSS 13.0统计软件分析结果。结果正常胃黏膜、癌前病变组织、胃癌组织中Survivin表达水平具有显著差异;超过55%的胃癌组织中有Cyclin D1的高表达,在大多数情况下P16蛋白在胃癌及癌前病变组织中的缺失表达较其在正常胃黏膜组织中更常见。且Survivin与Cyclin D1的表达呈正相关,二者与P16蛋白的表达呈负相关。结论 Sur-vivin、Cyclin D1和P16蛋白可能参与了胃癌发生和发展的多基因、多步骤过程。
Objective To investigate the expression and correlation of Survivin, Cyclin D1 and P16 in gastric carcinoma and precancerous gastric lesion. Methods The expressions of Survivin, Cyclin D1 and P16 in 112 subjects were detected by immunohistochemical two-step method. The results were analyzed by SPSS 13.0 software. Results The expression of Survivin in normal gastric mucosa, precancerous lesions and gastric cancer tissues was significantly different. More than 55% of gastric cancer tissues had high expression of Cyclin D1. In most cases, the expression of P16 protein in gastric cancer and precancerous lesions Deletion of expression is more common in normal gastric mucosa. The expression of Survivin and Cyclin D1 was positively correlated with the expression of P16 protein. Conclusion Sur-vivin, Cyclin D1 and P16 proteins may be involved in the multi-gene and multi-step process of gastric carcinogenesis and development.
