本文从解决长期困扰电力企业职工教育工作中的实际问题出发,以如何抓住培训对象心理从而达到最佳培训效果的另类视角,采用类比、推衍的方法,通过理论研究与科学实践相结合的途径,以达到完善教育培训手段、全面提高教育培训效果的目的。文中首次提出了“植入式培训”的新概念,通过对“植入”理念的解释,对引入“植入”概念的教育培训工作的必要性和可行性进行分析,概括和列举了六种典型的“植入式”培训方法,诠释了“植入式培训”新模式的优点和特色,为教育管理改革打开了新思路、开创了新局面,具有极强的社会效益和实用价值。
