本文就植物源挥发物质对光肩星天牛Ａｎｏｐｌｏｐｈｏｒａｇｌａｂｒｉｐｅｎｎｉｓ（Ｍｏｔｓｃｈ）成虫的栖息、取食和产卵行为的影响进行了初步的观察研究。试验表明其成虫受寄主植物挥发物质的影响，产生定向行为，不同树种对天牛成虫有不同的引诱效果。对成虫头部附器不同处理后进行生物测定，初步确定了成虫接受挥发物质的器官。并对其头部附器的细微结构进行电镜扫描观察。此项研究将为揭示天牛发生规律、危害特性及防治提供依据。
In this paper, the effects of plant-derived volatile substances on the habitat, feeding and oviposition of Anoplophora glabripennis (Motsch) adult were studied. Experiments show that the adults affected by the host plant volatiles, resulting in directional behavior, different species have different seductive to the beetle adults. The adult head adnexa treated with different bioassay, preliminarily identified adults accept volatile substances organs. The microstructure of the head attachment was observed under electron microscope. This study will provide the basis for revealing the occurrence rules, the harmful characteristics and the prevention and control of Begonia.
