我厂广大职工,在毛主席革命路线指引下,高举“鞍钢宪法”光辉旗帜,走“自力更生”、“艰苦奋斗”自己工业发展的道路,为加速发展拖拉机生产,制造了一些专用设备。在此基础上,又在省、市、局和厂党委领导下,和大连组合机床研究所一起搞“三结合”设计,并由我厂制造了一些组合机床,其中包括加工518—22型拖拉机转向器壳体(即东方红—20型拖拉机转向器壳体)的两台转塔式组合机床。这两台组合机床已于1974年8月制造成功并投入了生产,生产率为4～5件/小时,比原来使用通用设备提高效率8～10倍。加工精度基本上达到了要求,获得了较好的技术经济效果。
Under the guidance of Chairman Mao’s revolutionary line, the vast majority of staff and workers of our factory, holding high the banner of “Ansteel Constitution” and taking the road of “self-reliance” and “arduous struggle” for their own industrial development, have made some special equipment for accelerating the production of tractors. On this basis, under the leadership of the provincial, municipal, bureau and factory party committees, we engaged in the “three-in-one” design with the Dalian Machine Tool Research Institute and produced some combined machine tools by our factory, including the processing of 518-22 tractors Steering turret shell (that is, Dongfanghong-20 tractor steering shell) of the two turret combination machine. The two combined machine tools were successfully manufactured and put into production in August 1974 with a production rate of 4 to 5 pieces / hour, which is 8 to 10 times more efficient than the previous use of common equipment. Processing accuracy basically reached the requirements, access to a better technical and economic results.
