接受一项吊装工程,首先要合理选择起重机,确定最短的起重机吊杆长度。我们经过长期摸索,找到了一个简单而快速的计算方法——“加七加八法”。当遇到柱间距为6米的厂房结构吊装工程时,只要把厂房结构最高点的标高,加上现场地面低于设计标高的差值,得出要求吊装结构的高度后,再加上7米或8米,就是能满足吊装要求的起重机最短吊杆长度。如此简单而快速的方法,只要具有初小文化水平就能掌握,所以起重工亲切地称它为“加七加八法”。
