中国特色社会主义文化具有科学性、民族性、群众性、时代性、开放性和创新性的特点。在当前 ,加强中国先进文化建设 ,就必须要坚持以马列主义、毛泽东思想和邓小平理论为指导 ,着力提高全民族的思想道德和科学文化素质 ,坚决抵制西方敌对势力的“西化”、分化”,防止和遏制腐朽思想和丑恶现象的滋长蔓延 ,并在继承和借鉴人类一切优秀文化成果的基础上 ,不断开拓创新 ,创作出更多的优秀文化产品 ,不断满足人民群众日益增长的精神文化需要。
