国富民强是改革开放的目的。如何使职工岗位致富始终是广大职工和企业领导关心的难点问题。目前,在在职职工中绝大多数是处在既想谋第二职业又不愿离开企业的若即若离的困惑之中,依靠企业做为生活保障,是工薪层职工的主导心里。 如何调动职工生产积极性,体现社会主义按劳分配原则,使企业职工富裕起来,不少企业执行了向一线苦赃险岗位倾斜政策。但是,依我所见,仅仅依靠倾斜政策还是不够的,特别是在建筑业,培养职工一职多能是一条较好的途径。
The goal of reform and opening up is to make the country rich and people strong. How to make employees get rich has always been a difficult issue for the majority of employees and business leaders. At present, the overwhelming majority of serving employees are in dilemma that both want to seek a second job and do not want to leave the company. Relying on the enterprise as a living guarantee is the leading role of the working-level workers. How to mobilize the enthusiasm of employees and reflect the principle of socialist distribution according to work, so that the company’s employees are getting richer, and many companies have implemented a preferential policy toward frontline workers. However, in my opinion, relying solely on the tilt policy is not enough, especially in the construction industry. It is a better way to cultivate the versatility of a staff member.
