作为嵌入社区内部的养老服务设施——“微机构”是近两年探索的一种新型养老模式。其植根社区,充分利用社区资源实现原居养老,与养老机构和家庭养老资源互补,更具灵活性和广泛性。本文通过香港和日本类似“微机构”模式进行探讨,结合广州成功案例对“微机构”进行概念界定,对服务人群及内容、运营管理模式、空间模式进行研究,并探讨如何构建复合型、持续化的养老服务网络以形成养老服务支撑体系,给我国社区养老设计实施及管理运作以启示。
As an elderly care facility embedded in the community, “micro-organizations” is a new type of old-age care model explored in the past two years. Its rooted communities make full use of community resources to realize in-place retirement care, and they are complementary to pension institutions and family endowment resources, and are more flexible and extensive. This article discusses Hong Kong and Japan’s similar “micro-organizations” model, combining the concept of successful cases in Guangzhou with the definition of “micro-institutions”, researching service groups and content, operating management models, spatial models, and exploring how to construct The complex and continuous old-age care service network forms a supporting system for old-age care services, which provides inspiration to the implementation and management of the old-age care design in our community.
