目的:分析中药饮片不良反应发生的原因,并对此提出相应的药学服务对策。方法:选取2013年3月—2014年3月间接受中医治疗并发生不良反应患者60例作为研究对象,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析,统计患者发生中药饮片不良反应的原因。结果:中药致不良反应患者年龄在60岁以上发生不良反应的概率为43.3%,明显高于其他年龄段患者(P<0.05);患者发生不良反应的原因包括药品配伍禁忌、煎煮时间不当、煎煮方法不当、药品品种及质量等问题;其中因煎煮时间不当引发不良反应的发生率为31.67%,明显高于因药品配伍禁忌引发的不良反应的发生率为13.33%(P<0.05)。结论:临床上引发中药不良反应的原因较多,医护人员需要加大对患者合理、安全用药的相关知识宣传,减少不良反应的发生率,保证患者早日恢复健康。
Objective: To analyze the causes of adverse reactions of Chinese Herbal Medicine Pieces and to propose corresponding pharmacy service countermeasures. Methods: From March 2013 to March 2014, 60 cases of patients receiving traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and adverse reactions were selected as the research object. The clinical data of the patients were retrospectively analyzed, and the causes of the adverse reactions of TCM Pieces were statistically analyzed. Results: The incidence of adverse reactions in patients with adverse reactions over the age of 60 was 43.3%, significantly higher than those in other age groups (P <0.05). The causes of adverse reactions included contraindication to drug compatibility, improper boiling time, Improper decocting method, variety and quality of drugs, etc. The incidence of adverse reactions caused by improper boiling time was 31.67%, significantly higher than that of contraindications caused by drug compatibility (13.33%, P0.05) . Conclusion: There are many reasons to cause adverse reactions of traditional Chinese medicine in clinical practice. The medical staffs need to publicize the relevant knowledge of rational and safe medication for patients and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions so as to ensure the early recovery of the patients’ health.
