近日,中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅印发通知,要求各级党政机关5年内一律不得以任何形式和理由新建楼堂馆所,把更多资金用到发展经济和改善民生上。在一些地方,学校破败不堪,棚户区缺少资金改造,老百姓为看病贵、看病难发愁,政府部门却大手大脚地修建楼堂馆所,办公标准远远超过实际工作需要。简单地说,这是一种资源浪费,没有把有限资源和资金用到刀刃上,
