The obvious electromagnetic resistivity in the process of thawing in permafrost regions was investigated, and the experimental results of applying a new parameter in ice rich regions were obtained. The results show that the resistivity and dielectric constant of the ice-rich area can effectively delineate the joint accounts. This parameter is based on the module measurement data and surface wave impedance parameters measured in the 10 ~ 1 000 kHz frequency range. Results at 549 kHz showed that this apparent electromagnetic wave resistivity region was above -97% anomalous and the apparent resistivity anomaly was -59% above the thawed region. Results at 864 kHz showed an apparent abnormality in apparent resistivity of 32% for anomalous rates of 74% above the nuclei of this prominently electropostric resistivity cell. During the analysis, the resistivity increased electromagnetically, and ice-rich objects such as underground ice and frozen earth were significantly abnormal.
