介绍了以CATAFRACT催化蒸馏技术高转化率合成TAME(甲基叔戊基醚)的工艺开发。用推荐的工艺技术和操作条件,C5原料中双烯烃可脱至100ppm以下,叔戊烯转化率可达92%~95%,剩余C5中甲醇含量可小于100ppm,TAME产品纯度达98%以上,达到当前国际上先进水平。
The development of the process of synthesizing TAME (methyl tert-amyl ether) with high conversion rate by CATAFRACT catalytic distillation was introduced. With the recommended technology and operating conditions, the C5 olefin can be removed from the diolefins to less than 100ppm, the conversion of t-amylene can reach 92% -95%, and the methanol content in the remaining C5 can be less than 100ppm. The purity of TAME products is over 98% To achieve the current international advanced level.
