近年来,在住房制度改革和相关政策的推动下,我国房地产业迅猛发展,对于改善居民住房水平,带动相关产业发展,拉动国民经济增长,发挥了重要作用。加入WTO后,由于众多国际上实力雄厚的房地产企业及相关产业将进军国内市场,我国房地产企业又不得不面对经济全球化所带来的高层次竞争。面对日趋激烈的市场竞争,中国房地产企业一方面要整合战略资源,强化企业核心竞争力;另一方面,了解国际房地产市场,借鉴国外房地产企业开发、经营和管理经验,也是非常重要的。鉴于此、广州市房地产业协会与《房地产导刊》社继成功组织了赴美、欧洲等地考察交流之后,拟再次组织发展商赴澳大利亚、新西兰考察,考察时间12天。
In recent years, under the impetus of housing system reform and related policies, the rapid development of China’s real estate industry has played an important role in improving the level of residential buildings, driving the development of related industries and stimulating the growth of the national economy. Since China joined the WTO, many real estate enterprises and related industries in the world will enter the domestic market, so the real estate enterprises in our country will have to face the high-level competition brought about by the economic globalization. In the face of increasingly fierce market competition, Chinese real estate enterprises should integrate strategic resources on the one hand and strengthen their core competitiveness. On the other hand, it is also important to understand the international real estate market and learn from the experience of foreign real estate enterprises in the development, operation and management. In view of this, Guangzhou Real Estate Industry Association and the “Real Estate Magazine” succeeded in organizing exchanges to the United States, Europe and other places, it is proposed to organize developers again to Australia, New Zealand, inspection, study time 12 days.
