目的评价噬菌体生物扩增法在结核性脑膜炎诊断中的价值,并与离心涂片法、Bactec 960培养法进行比较。方法应用噬菌体生物扩增法、离心涂片法、Bactec 960培养法同时对45份临床诊断为结核性脑膜炎患者的脑脊液标本进行检测。结果 45份标本应用噬菌体生物扩增法、离心涂片法与Bactec 960培养法的阳性率分别为37.78%、2.22%、17.78%。噬菌体生物扩增法与离心涂片法、Bactec 960培养法比较差异均有统计学意义。结论噬菌体生物扩增法检测脑脊液中结核分枝杆菌在诊断结核性脑膜炎中有较好的灵敏度,是辅助诊断和鉴别诊断结核性脑膜炎的有效手段。
Objective To evaluate the value of phage amplification in the diagnosis of tuberculous meningitis and to compare it with the centrifugal smear method and Bactec 960 culture method. Methods A total of 45 cerebrospinal fluid specimens from patients with tuberculous meningitis were detected by phage amplification, centrifugation and Bactec 960 culture. Results The positive rate of phage amplification in 45 samples was 37.78%, 2.22% and 17.78% respectively by centrifugation smear method and Bactec 960 culture method. Bacteriophage biological amplification method and centrifugation smear method, Bactec 960 culture method differences were statistically significant. Conclusion Bacteriophages bioassay for detection of Mycobacterium tuberculosis in cerebrospinal fluid in the diagnosis of tuberculous meningitis has better sensitivity, is an auxiliary diagnosis and differential diagnosis of tuberculous meningitis is an effective means.
