本文主要对预应力空心板(短向板)的抗裂度实际值皆高于规范允许值的原因进行了研究与分析,并根据冷轧带肋钢筋配筋的预应力空心板的受力特征与试验结果,提出了采用小直径、分散配筋的预应力砼空心板在计算抗裂度时,引入受拉区砼塑化能力系数C值的新概念,以使设计计算结果更能符合实际情况,从而可以减少预应力砼空心板的用钢量,具有较好的经济效益。此外本文还提出了预应力砼空心板在自重下挠度计算的新方法。
This paper mainly studies and analyzes the reason that the actual value of the anti-cracking of prestressed hollow slabs (short-direction slabs) is higher than the allowable value of the specifications, and the stress characteristics of the prestressed hollow slabs based on the cold-rolled ribbed steel reinforcements. With the experimental results, a new concept of using the small-diameter, disperse prestressed concrete hollow slab to calculate the crack resistance, and introducing the C value of the plasticization capacity coefficient of the tensile zone was proposed to make the design calculation result more consistent with the actual situation. Conditions, which can reduce the amount of pre-stressed hollow steel plate, has a good economic benefit. In addition, this paper also proposes a new method for calculating the deflection of prestressed concrete hollow slab under its own weight.
