在以人为本、全面协调科学发展理念下如何推动我国经济发展是需要我们认真研究的课题。本文分别从财政经济的基本发展情况、产业结构等方面的国际比较以及人口、社会和文化基本发展情况三大方面阐述了我国经济发展现状,总结出我国经济发展过程中出现的成本不完全性、速度快质量不高、收入分配不均等问题,最后总结出三大对策及建议,即科学发展经济,实现产业结构优化升级;发展低碳经济,实现资源可持续性利用:以人为本,统筹效率与公平。
How to promote China’s economic development under the principle of people-oriented and overall coordination and scientific development is a topic that requires our careful study. This paper elaborates the status quo of China’s economic development from the three aspects of the basic development of the economy and finance, the international comparison of industrial structure and other aspects, as well as the basic development of population, society and culture, summarizes the incompleteness of costs in the process of economic development in our country, Speed and quality is not high, the income distribution of the problem of unequal, and finally summed up the three major countermeasures and recommendations that scientific development economy, to achieve optimization and upgrading of industrial structure; development of low-carbon economy, sustainable use of resources: people-oriented, co-ordination efficiency and fair .
