目的验证某PET-CT中心双通道单流向设计的放射防护效果,降低辐射对受检者及核医学工作人员健康的影响.方法根据相关标准和资料,利用多功能辐射仪对某医院核医学科PET-CT中心工作场所进行放射性水平检测,对其放射防护效果进行验证.结果该项目总体设计合理,PET-CT各工作场所表面污染符合国家标准,放射工作人员年有效剂量小于2 mSv.结论双通道单流向PET-CT中心设计优势明显,该PET-CT中心正常运行时辐射环境是安全的.“,”Objective To verify the effect of radiation protection of a PET-CT Center which has a dual channel and single flow design, reduce radiation damage to the working personnel and the subjects. Methods According to the correlative criterion and literature, detect the radioactivity level of the PET-CT center by using multifunctional radiometers, validation the radiation protection effect. Results The design of the PET-CT center is reasonable, surface contamination of each workplace is in line with national standards, the annual radiological dose of the working personnel are less than 2 mSv. Conclusions the design of the dual channel and single flow is helpful, the radiation environment is safe when the PET-CT is during the normal operation.
