异种金属焊接已经有很广应用,但焊接研究却很少。目前通常使用钎焊,既不能保证焊接质量且效率很低,经论证缝焊因其焊接原理最适合异种金属焊接,缝焊质量取决于焊接参数,需经试验找出其间的关系,而缝焊的主要焊接参数较多。对FN1-75型直缝焊机进行了全面改进设计,其中滚轮的设计是瓶颈,滚轮因其受力复杂,计算涉及到高次方程计算,本次设计利用Matlab软件完成了高次方程计算,并使用PLC实现了整机自动化。
