食管静脉曲张破裂出血是肝硬化门脉高压的严重并发症,是肝硬化患者的主要死亡原因之一。善宁(善得定)是目前治疗门脉高压并发食管静脉曲张破裂出血的重要药物,在临床中具有“药物性三腔管”之称。我科于1998年1月至1999年12月用善宁抢救治疗32例大出血病人,现将结果报告如下。1 Esophageal variceal bleeding is a serious complication of portal hypertension in cirrhosis and is one of the major causes of death in cirrhotic patients.
