目的 观察乳腺癌伴有神经内分泌细胞 (NE细胞 )分化与 C- erb B- 2表达以及 DNA定量与 C- erb B- 2表达的关系。方法 用免疫组化法 (L SAB)对 131例乳腺癌进行铬粒素 (chromogranin)及 C- erb B- 2表达检测 ,以经典的 Feulgen染色法及图像分析技术对 38例浸润导管癌进行 DNA定量分析。结果 NE细胞阳性乳腺癌 C- erb B-2阳性表达率为 37.5 %及表达强度 (++~ +++) 33.3%均明显低于 NE细胞阴性肿瘤的 6 2 .6 %和 6 8.7% (P<0 .0 5 ,P<0 .0 5 )。在浸润性导管癌 ,C- erb B- 2阳性表达乳腺癌的积分光密度、DNA指数 DNA主干系峰值、峰型 >5 C异倍体细胞数以及异倍体率均明显高于 C- erb B- 2阴性肿瘤 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 (1) NE细胞阳性的乳癌 C- erb B-2阳性表达率及其表达强度均明显低于 NE细胞阴性肿瘤 ,提示伴有神经内分泌分化的乳腺癌恶性度较低 ,预后好。 (2 ) DNA的定量研究 ,显示在同类型浸润性导管癌中 ,C- erb B- 2表达阳性者肿瘤 DNA含量较阴性者高。
Objective To observe the relationship between the differentiation of NE cells and the expression of C-erb B-2, DNA quantification and C-erb B-2 expression in breast cancer. Methods The expression of chromogranin and C-erb B-2 in 131 cases of breast cancer was detected by immunohistochemistry (L SAB). Thirty-eight infiltrating ductal carcinomas were subjected to DNA by classical Feulgen staining and image analysis Quantitative analysis. Results The positive expression rate of C-erb B-2 in NE-positive breast cancer was 37.5% and the expression intensity (++ ~ +++) 33.3% was significantly lower than that of NE-negative tumors in 62.6% and 67.7% P <0. 05, P <0. 05). In invasive ductal carcinoma, the integral optical density of C-erb B-2 positive breast cancer, the peak of DNA index DNA backbone, the number of aneuploidy cells with peak shape> 5 C and the aneuploidy rate were significantly higher than that of C-erb B- 2 negative tumors (P <0.05). Conclusions (1) The positive rate of C-erbB-2 expression in NE cell positive breast cancer and its expression intensity are significantly lower than those in NE cell negative tumors, suggesting that the malignant degree of breast cancer with neuroendocrine differentiation is low and the prognosis is good. (2) The quantitative study of DNA showed that in the same type of invasive ductal carcinoma, the positive expression of C-erb B-2 in the tumor DNA was higher than that in the negative.
