随着经济的全球化进程,人才的流动越来越频繁,人才争夺战也愈演愈烈。只有通过调查员工离职倾向的原因,才能降低离职率、留住优秀员工、提升企业的竞争力、促进企业的可持续发展。本文选取北京、大连等地区的120名员工为样本,通过发放问卷、对数据进行统计分析的方法得出研究结论如下:离职倾向与员工上班途中耗费时间有较强的相关性。当员工上班途中耗费时间在一个小时以上时,耗费时间越长,员工的离职倾向越高。
With the globalization of economy, the flow of talents is more and more frequent, and the battle for talents is intensified. Only by investigating the reasons for the turnover intention of employees can we reduce the turnover rate, retain outstanding employees, enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and promote the sustainable development of enterprises. This paper selects 120 employees in Beijing, Dalian and other regions as samples. Through questionnaire survey and statistical analysis of data, the conclusion is drawn as follows: The turnover intention has a strong correlation with time spent on the way to work. When employees spend more than an hour on their way to work, the longer they spend, the higher their employee turnover intention.
