剥粒菠萝是我国台湾省选育的优质菠萝新品种,在我国华南地区极富推广潜力.自1986年10起,我们对剥粒菠萝试管苗作了较系统的应用技术研究.研究表明,不同材料影响芽的诱导和增殖.液体振荡培养方法是提高增殖系数的关键技术.附加6-BA、K+、NAA、IAA各1ppm或6-BA,Kt各1ppm和NAA0.5pm及硫酸腺嘌呤100ppm的培养基,芽或苗的继代增殖率都较高.培养基附加IBA1-3ppm和NAA0.5ppm或IBA1-2ppm和Kt0.3ppm激素组合,对壮苗生根有利.砂糖代替蔗糖获得较好的培养效果.经试验,已掌握剥粒菠萝组培快繁全过程技术及应用于工厂化育苗.
Stripping pineapple is a new variety of high quality pineapple which is bred in Taiwan Province of China, and has great promotion potential in South China. The method of liquid oscillation culture is the key technique to increase the multiplication coefficient.Improvement of 1ppm or 6-BA of 6-BA, K +, NAA, IAA, 1ppm of Kt and NAA0.5pm of NAA and 100ppm of adenine sulfate Medium, shoots or seedlings of the generation of higher proliferation rate.Additional IBA1-3ppm and NAA0.5ppm medium or IBA1-2ppm and Kt0.3ppm hormone combinations, strong seedling rooting benefit.Candle instead of sucrose to obtain better culture Effect.After experiment, we have grasped the whole process of tissue culture and rapid propagation of peeled pineapple and applied it to factory-made nursery.
