安全储粮包含两方面的涵义,一是说要做到粮食安全,实际上就是防止粮食受虫、霉菌、鼠、雀危害和火灾、水淹、偷盗损失,二是说在处理粮食的过程中和处理后要注意人畜的安全。农家储粮,往往既是储藏粮食,又是保管种子,所以还要考虑到经过储藏后的粮食有正常的发芽率和生活力。农家安全储粮涉及到的知识和技术也很多,这里只是针对我省农村的实际情况,介绍一些必要的和实用的知识和技术。一、改善农家储粮的基本条件
