脾脏非寄生虫性囊肿较其他内脏囊肿少见,而脾脏单纯性囊肿却为罕见,现报告3例。例1、男,15岁。左腰部及肝区隐痛4个月,不发热,无血尿史,于1988年10月作超声检查,发现左侧上腹部有巨大囊性包块而入院。体检:腹部隆起,左上腹部可触及一拳头大包块,质硬,表面光滑,可随呼吸上下移动,压痛不明显。未发现其它阳性体征。X线检查:静脉性尿路造影,左上腹肿物与 Spleen non-parasitic cysts than other visceral cysts rare, but simple spleen cysts are rare, are reported in 3 cases. Physical examination: abdominal bulge, left upper abdomen can reach a fist mass, hard, smooth surface, can move up and down with breathing, tenderness is not obvious. No other positive signs were found. X-ray examination: venous urography, left upper quadrant tumor and
